Code for 'episodic' clashes with 'laboratory' in openEHR terminology

Description

In RM 1.1.0, we added code 435-episodic for the purpose of using it in the Composition.category attribute.

I am not familiar with why this code was available for use in the newest version of the published terminology: https://github.com/openEHR/terminology/blob/master/openEHR_RM/en/openehr_terminology.xml

But there is an older version of a terminology XML (using a different structure) where that code is used up to mean "laboratory" for the Composition.context.setting attribute: https://github.com/openEHR/specifications/blob/master/publishing/architecture/computable/terminology/terminology.xml

I am not sure why the code was apparently abandoned later (maybe by mistake and it should be re-added?), but it is in fact used in production environments as far as I know.

I propose we change the code for 'episodic' now while there is little chance anyone is actually using it in production. I propose code 451, which seems to be unused and stays within the '4xx' range where the other two codes for Composition.category are.

The code now changed now in Terminology xml resource (latest) and will be released soon as Release 2.4.0

I have updated the code in the Java Ref lib and will integrate this change in the next CKM release.

I have now made changes to the EHR IM spec, both Release 1.1.0, and also current. https://specifications.openehr.org/releases/RM/Release-1.1.0/ehr.html#_compositions

look for the diagrams in 4.2.4 and 4.3.1; also section 4.5.1 - COMPOSITION_CLASS.category.

SEC discussion: conclusion is change episodic from 435 → 451 and update RM 1.1.0 documentation to use 451; add 451|episodic| to the current terminology.

Check Java ref libs & what terminology is being assumed.

- document risky terms / e.g. UI codes. Deprecated list?

The SEC discussion yesterday concluded that we change this code from 435 to 451 with an erratum to RM 1.1.0 to avoid any confusion later, correct?
